| Rajiv Kapur, a householder, lives in Mumbai, India, with his wife and two children. He was initiated into Kriya Yoga which he practiced for 12 years before he saw through it. He saw that these practices were external to the ‘I’ and he wanted to know what that ‘I’ really was. As he gazed inward into his own internal working, he began to spontaneously experience samadhis and increasing blissfulness. At that point he was directed to the website of Ed Muzika (Edji), an enlightened teacher in the tradition of Ramana Maharshi, Nisargadatta Maharaj and Robert Adams. Rajiv accepted Edji as his Guru and was guided by him on the path of self inquiry. He took to self-inquiry as a duck takes to water and within a short span of three months, in 2010, he realized the advaita state of non-duality. You can read a blow-by-blow account about his experience in the book ‘Autobiography of a Jnani’. Since then, Rajiv has been a teacher to many seekers across the globe, guiding them personally in their quest for freedom.
